A one-legged balancing pose where the foot of the lifted leg presses into the inner thigh or calf of the standing leg.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Ground through the standing foot
  • 2.Place the lifted foot on the inner thigh or calf, never the knee
  • 3.Press the foot and thigh into each other
  • 4.Hands at heart center or extended overhead
  • 5.Fix the gaze on a steady point
