A kneeling seated pose where the buttocks rest between the heels, stretching the thighs and ankles.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Kneel with knees together and feet just wider than hips
  • 2.Sit back between the heels
  • 3.Use a block under the sit bones if needed
  • 4.Keep the spine tall
  • 5.Rest the hands on the thighs
