A gentle restorative inversion where the legs rest against a wall while the back rests on the floor.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Sit sideways next to a wall
  • 2.Swing the legs up the wall as you lie back
  • 3.Scoot the buttocks as close to the wall as comfortable
  • 4.Rest the arms by the sides, palms up
  • 5.Close the eyes and relax completely
