  • 1.From Wheel Pose, lower to the forearms one at a time
  • 2.Interlace the fingers behind the head
  • 3.Walk the feet away to straighten the legs
  • 4.Lift the chest and arch the back
  • 5.Press the forearms firmly into the floor
