A lateral balancing pose on one hand and the edge of one foot, building core and shoulder strength.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Stack the feet or stagger them for stability
  • 2.Bottom hand directly under the shoulder
  • 3.Lift the hips to create one line from head to feet
  • 4.Extend the top arm toward the ceiling
  • 5.Press the floor away with the bottom hand
