Alignment Cues

  • 1.Extend the torso over the front leg, reaching long before tipping down
  • 2.Bottom hand to shin, block, or floor
  • 3.Top arm extends straight up
  • 4.Open the chest toward the ceiling
  • 5.Engage the core to support the spine
