Alignment Cues

  • 1.Press through the hands and tops of the feet
  • 2.Lift the thighs and knees off the floor
  • 3.Roll shoulders back and draw the chest forward
  • 4.Keep the arms straight
  • 5.Gaze slightly upward without crunching the neck
