An arm balance where the legs extend straight forward over the arms, requiring hamstring flexibility and arm strength.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Squat with feet slightly narrower than shoulder width
  • 2.Tilt the pelvis forward and work the legs behind the arms
  • 3.Press the hands into the floor and straighten the arms
  • 4.Extend the legs forward
  • 5.Lift the hips and engage the core
