A supine hamstring stretch where one leg is extended upward and held by the hand or a strap.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Lie supine with both legs extended
  • 2.Draw one knee to the chest, then extend the leg upward
  • 3.Hold the big toe or use a strap around the foot
  • 4.Keep the opposite leg pressing into the floor
  • 5.Relax the shoulders away from the ears
