A gentle supine twist where one knee crosses over the body while lying on the back, often used as a cool-down pose.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Lie supine and draw one knee to the chest
  • 2.Guide the knee across the body to the opposite side
  • 3.Extend the arms out in a T-shape
  • 4.Look away from the bent knee
  • 5.Allow gravity to deepen the twist
