A supine restorative pose where the soles of the feet come together and knees fall open while lying on the back.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Lie supine and bring the soles of the feet together
  • 2.Let the knees fall open to the sides
  • 3.Support the knees with blocks or blankets if needed
  • 4.Arms rest by the sides or on the belly
  • 5.Relax completely into the pose
