Alignment Cues

  • 1.Lie prone with forearms on the floor, elbows under shoulders
  • 2.Press the forearms down and lift the chest
  • 3.Draw the shoulder blades together
  • 4.Keep the legs relaxed and tops of feet on the floor
  • 5.Lengthen through the crown of the head
