Alignment Cues

  • 1.Sit in Vajrasana or cross-legged
  • 2.Place the palms on the knees, fingers spread wide
  • 3.Inhale deeply through the nose
  • 4.Exhale forcefully through the mouth, stick out the tongue
  • 5.Cross the eyes to gaze at the third eye or the tip of the nose
