Alignment Cues

  • 1.Place one heel at the perineum
  • 2.Place the other foot in front with the heel near the pubic bone
  • 3.Sit tall and lengthen the spine
  • 4.Rest the hands on the knees in a mudra
  • 5.Keep the chin slightly tucked
