The final resting pose of yoga practice, lying completely still and relaxed on the back, integrating the benefits of the practice.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Lie flat on the back with legs extended
  • 2.Let the feet fall open naturally
  • 3.Arms rest alongside the body, palms up
  • 4.Close the eyes and release all muscular effort
  • 5.Allow the breath to return to its natural rhythm
