Alignment Cues

  • 1.Forearms on the floor, elbows under shoulders
  • 2.Walk the feet in toward the elbows
  • 3.Kick one leg up, then the other
  • 4.Engage the core to find balance
  • 5.Keep the gaze between the forearms
