Alignment Cues

  • 1.Sit tall with legs extended
  • 2.Hinge from the hips, leading with the chest
  • 3.Reach for the feet, ankles, or shins
  • 4.Lengthen the spine on each inhale, fold deeper on each exhale
  • 5.Keep the feet flexed
