Alignment Cues

  • 1.Step one foot back about 3 feet
  • 2.Square the hips forward
  • 3.Fold from the hips over the front leg
  • 4.Keep both legs straight with a micro-bend in the front knee
  • 5.Hands to blocks or the floor framing the front foot
