Alignment Cues

  • 1.Kneel and extend one leg out to the side
  • 2.Reach the opposite arm overhead and lean toward the extended leg
  • 3.Bottom hand rests on the extended leg
  • 4.Keep the chest open
  • 5.Engage the core to support the side bend
