Alignment Cues

  • 1.Sit with knees bent, feet on the floor
  • 2.Lean back slightly and lift the feet off the floor
  • 3.Extend the legs to create a V-shape
  • 4.Arms parallel to the floor alongside the legs
  • 5.Keep the chest lifted and spine long
