Alignment Cues

  • 1.Kneel and place the hands on the floor with fingers pointing back
  • 2.Bring the elbows together and press them into the abdomen
  • 3.Lean forward and extend the legs behind
  • 4.Lift the legs to horizontal
  • 5.Keep the body in one straight line
