The full variation of the seated twist with one leg in half lotus and a deep spinal rotation.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Place one foot in half lotus on the opposite thigh
  • 2.Cross the other foot over to the outside of the lotus knee
  • 3.Twist toward the top knee
  • 4.Use the opposite arm for leverage
  • 5.Lengthen the spine on each inhale, deepen the twist on each exhale
