A deep hip opener where the knees spread wide with the hips sinking toward the floor, intensely stretching the inner thighs.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Start on all fours and gradually widen the knees
  • 2.Keep the ankles in line with the knees
  • 3.Flex the feet with toes pointing outward
  • 4.Lower the forearms to the floor
  • 5.Sink the hips down toward the floor
