A prone resting pose where the forehead rests on stacked hands, allowing deep diaphragmatic breathing.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Lie prone with legs slightly wider than hip-width
  • 2.Stack the hands and rest the forehead on them
  • 3.Let the toes point outward
  • 4.Observe the breath and feel the belly press into the floor
  • 5.Relax the entire body
