Alignment Cues

  • 1.Sit cross-legged and place the hands on the floor beside the hips
  • 2.Press down through the hands and lift the entire body off the floor
  • 3.Round the back and draw the knees toward the chest
  • 4.Keep the core strongly engaged
  • 5.Hold the breath or breathe steadily
