An arm balance with a twist, where the legs split to opposite sides while balanced on the hands.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.From a twisted lunge, hook the outer thigh on the opposite upper arm
  • 2.Place both hands on the floor
  • 3.Lean forward and extend both legs
  • 4.One leg extends back, the other extends to the side
  • 5.Keep the core engaged and gaze forward
