A variation of Plow Pose where the knees bend and press against the ears, creating a deeply introspective shape.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.From Plow Pose, bend the knees toward the ears
  • 2.Rest the knees on or beside the ears
  • 3.Wrap the arms around the legs or extend them on the floor
  • 4.Keep the weight on the shoulders, not the neck
  • 5.Breathe deeply
