Alignment Cues

  • 1.From a low lunge, begin to straighten the front leg and slide the back leg back
  • 2.Keep the hips squared to the front
  • 3.Use blocks under the hands for support
  • 4.Engage the pelvic floor
  • 5.Only go as far as comfortable; use props generously
