Alignment Cues

  • 1.From shoulderstand, lower the feet toward the floor behind the head
  • 2.Keep the legs straight
  • 3.Support the back with the hands or extend the arms on the floor
  • 4.Keep the neck long and avoid turning the head
  • 5.Lift through the sit bones
