A balancing pose where both arms and legs are wrapped around each other, requiring focus, balance, and flexibility.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Bend the standing knee slightly
  • 2.Cross one thigh over the other and hook the foot if possible
  • 3.Wrap the arms with the bottom arm on top
  • 4.Sink the hips low while lifting the elbows
  • 5.Squeeze the inner thighs together
