Alignment Cues

  • 1.Start in Pigeon Pose
  • 2.Bend the back knee and reach back to hold the foot
  • 3.Walk the hands toward the foot or use a strap
  • 4.Lift the chest and arch the back
  • 5.Keep the hips squared
