An arm balance where the thighs wrap around the upper arms and the feet cross in front.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Squat with feet slightly narrower than shoulder width
  • 2.Work the arms between the legs and place the hands behind the feet
  • 3.Shift the weight into the hands and lift the feet
  • 4.Cross the ankles
  • 5.Lean slightly forward and round the upper back
