Alignment Cues

  • 1.Lie prone with hands under the shoulders
  • 2.Hug the elbows close to the body
  • 3.Lift the chest using the back muscles, not pushing with the hands
  • 4.Keep the pelvis and legs on the floor
  • 5.Draw the shoulder blades together and down the back
