An arm balance where the knees rest on the backs of the upper arms, with the feet lifted off the floor.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Squat with feet together, knees apart
  • 2.Place the hands shoulder-width on the floor
  • 3.Bend the elbows and place the knees on the backs of the upper arms
  • 4.Lean forward and lift the feet off the floor
  • 5.Round the upper back and gaze slightly forward
