Alignment Cues

  • 1.Lie on one side with the bottom arm supporting the head
  • 2.Bend the top knee and hold the big toe
  • 3.Extend the top leg toward the ceiling
  • 4.Keep the body in one line
  • 5.Engage the core for balance
