A seated pose where the shins stack on top of each other, creating an intense stretch in the outer hips.

Alignment Cues

  • 1.Stack the shins so the left ankle is on the right knee and the right ankle is under the left knee
  • 2.Flex both feet to protect the knees
  • 3.Sit tall or fold forward
  • 4.Use blocks under the knees if needed
  • 5.Ground through the sit bones
